By using PicWiper, you agree to these terms. We've kept them simple and fair. PicWiper helps you organize your photo library efficiently while respecting your privacy.

• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period
• Cancel anytime through iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal
• After cancellation, you can continue to use Elite features until the end of your current billing period

We promise to never access your photos, maintain service availability, protect your privacy, and continuously improve PicWiper based on your feedback.
PicWiper's design, features, and content are protected by copyright. You retain all rights to your photos. We don't claim ownership of any content you process through PicWiper.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime. Upon termination, your subscription ends but photos remain in your library.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Major changes will be announced in the app.
By downloading and using PicWiper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PicWiper regarding the use of the app.
